Mac Gmail Backup is a complete cloud email backup solution. The application is programmed download Gmail emails to the local machines in any of the featured output formats, as per the selection. The program is available as a freeware edition meant for testing purposes. The licensed version renders complete software functionalities. Backup single user account data on Mac OS X. Log into the software with account credentials (save for future). Download emails from all or selective mail folders using checkboxes as EML (RFC 822 Format) files. Each downloaded email is saved as an EML file generated by the software to download the Google user account to Mac OS X. After backup of all or selected emails/folders, the software deletes the respective emails/folders from Google’s server. Enabling this option removes emails permanently from your Gmail account and does not move them to the Trash folder.
